PRAYER:
The Plaintiffs therefore pray that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to pass a decree in favour of the plaintiffs for
- dissolution of the partnership firm (name of the firm)
- appointment of a receiver for proper management and realization of all the amounts due to the plaintiffs and
- for taking of accounts and for ascertaining the amounts due from the defendants to the plaintiffs as their share in the partnership
- to pass a decree for allotment of share of partnership estate
- the costs of the suit and
- to grant such other relief and reliefs as the Hon'ble court may deem fit in the circumstances of the case.
